Welcome to Ethereal Frame (hereinafter referred to as “the App” or “we”, “us”, or “our”). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and related services. Please read this Agreement carefully in its entirety before using the App. By clicking “Agree”, registering, logging in, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.
This Agreement, together with the Ethereal Frame Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. Matters related to privacy shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
Ethereal Frame is an AI generation application. Its main features include, but are not limited to: users entering prompts, uploading images/materials, generating images or other AI content, and managing generated results. We reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove features based on business needs and will provide notice whenever reasonably possible.
The services provided by the App may vary depending on region, device, network conditions, or account status.
You must be at least 14 years of age (or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the European Union) to use the App. If you are under the required age, please do not register for or use the App. We do not knowingly provide services to underage users. If we become aware of a violation, we reserve the right to terminate the relevant account immediately.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it updated in a timely manner.
3.1 You need to register an account to access the full features of the App. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.3 We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect violations, security risks, prolonged inactivity, or other similar circumstances.
4.1 User Content: Prompts you enter, images/materials you upload, generation request descriptions, and similar inputs are collectively referred to as “User Content”. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of providing, maintaining, and improving the service (including for model optimization after de-identification, as further described in the Privacy Policy).
4.2 AI-Generated Content: Images or other content generated by the App based on your inputs are referred to as “Generated Content”.
4.3 You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain illegal, obscene, hateful, violent, false, or otherwise inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove violating content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Violation of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of service, and we reserve all rights to pursue legal remedies.
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the App’s software, interface, trademarks, logos, algorithms, models (excluding User Content and Generated Content), and related materials belong to us or our licensors.
6.2 Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the above materials.
6.3 Your rights in User Content and Generated Content are subject to Section 4.
The App may offer both free and paid features (subscriptions, credits, premium services, etc.). Specific pricing, billing methods, and refund policies will be displayed in the App or in separate notices. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Except where required by law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Ethereal Frame Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.
9.1 The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or meet your specific requirements.
9.2 AI-Generated Content is provided for reference and creative purposes only and does not constitute any professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for evaluating and assuming the risks of using such content.
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or zero if you are a free user). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, the limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by local law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of this Agreement, infringement of third-party rights, or improper use of the service.
12.1 You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
12.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate this Agreement, if required by law, due to service adjustments, or for other reasonable causes.
12.3 Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall continue in full force and effect.
The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall prioritize the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration may be available in certain jurisdictions as permitted by local law.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-App notice, email, or website announcement, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
15.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
15.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Our failure or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
15.4 You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. We may assign our rights and obligations.
